Founders Day Observance on Palisado Green - September 26
The Founders Day Observance on the Palisado Green will be held Friday,September 26, 6:00 p.m. Bring a lawn chair if you'd like and join the Descendants of the Founders of Ancient Windsor for a half hour wreath-laying ceremony honoring all early Founders, including the Plymouth Meadow settlers, the "Lords and Gentlemen," Mary and John passengers, and other early settlers, followed by a social at the Windsor Historical Society at which pizza and other light refreshments will be served. This will be a great way to meet "cousins" and enjoy a time of fellowship together as we kick off a weekend of celebration. Open to all. FREE.
